Now she is married (to wild man Russell Brand) it is half expected that she will gain weight, but she manages to keep her great figure. How does she do it?</p>
<h3>Katy Perry’s Diet</h3>
<p>Katy is not superhuman, so like the rest of us she has to be careful with what she eats to maintain her sexy figure.</p>
<p>Katy used to be addicted to junk food and had a very unhealthy diet. She now follows a simple but effective diet system – out of site out of mind. The idea is that you ensure that there are no snacks or any food that is not allowed around you where it can tempt you. If you do not see food you are less likely to feel hungry. This is very similar to the “hidden cookie diet plan“.</p>

<p>Katy is also doing the Pasternak 5-Factor Diet – a diet system that many celebrities have now adopted. Although we do not know all the finer details of her diet we do know that her daily meals generally follow this format:</p>
<p><strong>Breakfast – </strong>Crushed oats with apple and a whey protein shake – essential carbs and proteins<br />
<strong>Lunch – </strong>Chicken with vegetables or a salad with black beans – healthy lean meat and more healthy carbs<br />
<strong>Dinner – </strong>Brown rice with chicken teriyaki – slow release carbs and lean protein</p>
<p>The key is to keep calories to a minimum, eat low GI foods and lean proteins. Simple but again, very effective.</p>

<p>Katy Perry’s diet really goes to show that a diet does not have to be complicated. Eating small portions of healthy foods is enough to keep anyone in shape. Losing weight is always much harder than maintaining a healthy weight, and if you only gain a few pounds then it is easy to lose that weight again.</p>
<h3>Katy Perry Exercise Workouts</h3>
<p>Katy performed simple home based exercise workouts to stay in shape. Like all people in her industry most of her fitness comes from dancing. But she also likes to skip rope to stay in shape – taking lessons from pro boxers. Skipping is one of the most calorie intensive workouts you can do, and also so simple.</p>
<p>She also do some bodyweight exercise to tone the rest of her body. She just exercises for around half an hour a day. A little bit of exercise every plus a healthy diet is good enough to keep the fat away.</p>

<p>Ali Fedotowsky was a contestant on The Bachelor’s 14th season, starring pilot Jake Pavelka.<br />
She went on to star as The Bachelorette the following season, having bailed on Jake. A native of Massachusetts, Ali works in advertising.</p>
<p>Ali Fedotowsky discovered that dating many men under the watchful gaze of cameras can be stressful during her turn in the reality dating show The Bachelorette. The 25-year-old has endured an emotional roller coaster, and she confessed that it had led to stress eating and weight gain.</p>
<p>While filming the ABC reality show, Fedotowsky gained about 15 pounds.</p>
<p>“I was always hungry! I didn’t think much of it, but everyone noticed. I just wanted to eat more [while I was on the show]. I also wasn’t as active as I usually am at home.”</p>
<p>Keeping a healthy weight loss diet plan can be difficult while traveling. Ali gained 15 pounds while jumping from city to city across Europe.</p>
<p>But the Bachelorette’s reality show star Ali Fedotowsky had an amazing weight loss of 10 pounds after going on a low calorie weight loss diet plan and sticking to a fitness exercise program every single day.  The fit actress realized that if she wants to lose weight she had to start cooking her own food and get on with her fitness exercise program more often.<br />
Ali’s Healthy Weight Loss Diet Plan</p>
<p>When she finished with the show, the actress realized she needed to undergo a weight loss program to lose weight which she gained, and fast. She began following a high-protein, low-calorie weight loss diet plan.  She found it easier to buy and cook her own food, making sure to measure her daily calorie intake.  Fedotowsky’s weight loss diet plan menu includes egg whites and ready-made chicken breasts from the deli counter, which she uses to prepare a healthy salad or a snack.</p>
<p>Once a week she allows herself a cheat day from her healthy weight loss diet plan to eat whatever she wants.</p>
<p>“I am good with my weight loss diet plan during the week, and one day I pig out. I love pizza from Domino’s or Pizza Hut and a Diet Coke,” she admits.</p>
<p><strong>Ali’s Fitness Exercise Program</strong></p>
<p>No fitness and weight loss program is complete without a fitness exercise program. When it comes to having a fitness exercise program, the 25 year old reality show star goes to a gym near her house, but when she’s not in the mood to do her fitness exercise program at the gym, she prefers doing cardio exercise by running on the treadmill exercise equipment for 30 minutes. To get her heart rate up, she does kickboxing. She also does yoga exercise. These are two fitness exercise programs she enjoys practicing in order to stay on top of her fitness game.</p>
<p>“I love kickboxing exercise. I have a personal fitness trainer for it. We do contact kickboxing exercise; my fitness trainer holds the pads up for me. It’s such a great fitness exercise program for my core. You can think of ex-boyfriends while you’re doing this fitness exercise program, like, ‘I hate you!’ I also love yoga exercise.”</p>
<p>After four weeks, all this hard work from her healthy weight loss program of weight loss diet plan combined with a fitness exercise program paid off as Fedotowsky is now 10 lbs lighter and proud of her new fit body.</p>
<p>Aside from this, Miss Ali also recently announced that she is helping kick off Biore Skincare and the Physique 57 fitness exercise program system’s national tour. “I’m a big fan of the small, asymmetric fitness exercise movements in Physique 57,” Ali says of her new fitness exercise program endorsement. “Big lunge exercises and bicep curl exercises seem exhausting when I do them, but these smaller fitness exercise movements trick your brain into thinking you’re not doing your fitness training exercise program as hard, even though you’re actually doing your fitness training exercise program harder.”</p>
<p>Ali says she doesn’t just do her weight loss program of having a healthy weight loss diet plan and a fitness exercise program just stay on top of her fitness game. She’s sticking to her healthy weight loss plan to feel good. She has a lot to live for — namely a certain dimpled future husband named Roberto Martinez. “I keep a healthy weight loss diet plan and a fitness exercise program because it feels good. I want to live a long, healthy life with my wonderful fiance!”</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The secret of who is designing her wedding dress may still be closely guarded, but just how Kate Middleton retains her enviably slim figure with seemingly no effort, has become a little clearer.<span id="more-675"></span></p>
<p>To stay in shape for her wedding to Prince William in April, Miss Middleton is believed to have joined the Harbour Club, the gym in west London where Diana, Princess of Wales exercised.</p>
<p>Miss Middleton has been seen working out and dining at the club in Chelsea Harbour, west London, which boasts three swimming pools, indoor tennis courts, a beauty spa and a hair salon.</p>
<p>A member of the club said: &#8220;Kate was in the gym last week exercising with a friend for more than an hour. She looked in great shape &#8211; incredibly fit and slim. After her work-out, she stayed on and had dinner in the club&#8217;s restaurant.&#8221;</p>
<p>Diana visited the same club for regular sessions with a personal trainer, often accompanied by Prince William and Prince Harry.</p>
<p>She joined the club in 1993, after suing the owner of her former gym, LA Fitness in Isleworth, Middlesex, who secretly took photographs of her exercising there which were subsequently published in several newspapers.</p>
<p>Following the Princess&#8217;s death in a Paris car crash in 1997, the club erected a memorial sculpture dedicated to her at its entrance.</p>
<p>The club has a range of facilities to cater for the most rigorous of exercise regimes, including the latest gym equipment with a team of 30 personal trainers, Pilates and spinning studios and daily classes including yoga, tai chi and kick-boxing.</p>
<p>The club&#8217;s spa also offers &#8220;bespoke bridal packages&#8221;. The list of treatments reads: &#8220;If you really want to look your best for your special day, we can create a bespoke program of treatments based on your individual requirements for the months leading up to your wedding.&#8221; The Harbour Club is close to Miss Middleton&#8217;s flat in Chelsea, where she is thought to stay when visiting London unaccompanied by Prince William.</p>
<p>While Miss Middleton spends much of her time at the cottage she shares with the Prince in Anglesey, where he works as an RAF search and rescue helicopter pilot, she is expected to make increasingly regular trips to London for wedding dress fittings and to oversee preparations for her marriage on April 29.</p>
<p>Clients at the Harbour Club, where membership costs up to pounds 2,500 a year, include the actress Leslie Ash, the pop singer Sinitta and the DJ Pete Tong.</p>
<p>It has also emerged that Miss Middleton is receiving instruction on public speaking ahead of her wedding, and she has been learning French and Spanish.</p>
<p>&#8220;Kate has been happy to get some guidance on public speaking,&#8221; said a friend. &#8220;The French and Spanish lessons were very much her own idea, though.&#8221;</p>
<p>The friend declined to elaborate on why Miss Middleton wanted to improve her foreign language skills, but it will help her to hold her own among Europe&#8217;s princesses, who are increasingly well-educated.</p>
<p>Princess Letizia of Spain is a distinguished former journalist. She is fluent in English and speaks several other languages.</p>
<p>The Crown Princess of Denmark, the former Mary Donaldson, is an Australian who pursued a business career before learning to speak Danish ahead of her marriage to Crown Prince Frederik in 2004.</p>
<p>While the Oscar-nominated film The King&#8217;s Speech tells the story of King George VI&#8217;s struggle to overcome his stammer, Miss Middleton has no such difficulties.</p>
<p>In her first and only interview, broadcast on the day that her engagement was announced, she spoke eloquently to Tom Bradby, political editor of ITV News, prompting many commentators to remark that her elocution was better than that of the Prince.</p>
<p>A source at St James&#8217;s Palace confirmed that Miss Middleton had been receiving &#8220;preparation&#8221; for her new role.</p>

Every bride feels some sort of pressure to get into tip top shape when wedding time comes, but when the wedding is between a prince and a princess – well you can imagine the added pressures to look your best.<span id="more-458"></span></p>
<p>So what exactly does Kate Middleton do to stay in shape? Well, besides the fact that she will be kept in tip top shape from running from the paparazzi! Apparently Kate Middleton does a whole lot to maintain a healthy body. Who knew being a princess called for so much exercise? I can hardly imagine the princesses of the middle ages running stairs in the castles to stay in shape, but then again, there was no mass media in those days so there wouldn’t be a need to.</p>
<p>In 2007, Kate seemed to have lost a lot of weight, and people were very concerned. Then the word of her break up with the prince came out, and she lost even more weight. Like many people out there, the stress from the media and the break-up had made her lose her appetite. She would however bounce back, and she now keeps thin the healthy way – through diet and exercise. Something that doesn’t seem too hard for her.</p>
<p>Kate is apparently one of those people where being and staying healthy comes very natural. And even though she was an averaged size woman in the early 2000′s, she has been able to stay so thin lately because eating healthy foods is a part of her and she is always finding time to go to the gym to work out. And she does so for usually at least a full hour. She even had her own gym built for her by Prince William so that she didn’t have to worry about being photographed every single time she went out to the gym. When she did go out to the gym however, she usually cycled her way there, making her trips to the gym doubly effective. How nice would it be to have your own private gym!</p>
<p>Kate also enjoys doing yoga – something that requires a lot of dedication to holding positions and is good for overall flexibility and muscle strength. She is a very sporty person, and has been the captain of her hockey team in college  – a sport that requires a lot of athletic ability, and has been in charity boat races. She is your natural athletic sporty girl, and she takes it upon herself to stay in great shape – not needing to refrain from eating during the day like some models do.</p>
<p>A while ago Kate was photographed on the beach and on a boat with Prince William and the tabloid press had a field day as she was seen in her bikini both times. This was also proof that she has a fantastically fit and healthy body. She looked athletic and lean, with a healthy balance of muscle and fat.</p>
<p>It is reported that Kate and Prince William will try to start a family right away, and will then have to start raising small souls while the press keeps tabs on them. Staying in shape while having kids can definitely be tough, but for someone who eats healthy naturally, and genuinely likes to exercise, it should not be that hard of a feat. Apparently Kate’s mother, is the one who takes extreme dieting more seriously, as it was her Dukan Diet that actually caused wedding speculation in the first place. She had lost 4 lbs in 4 days and the rumors started to fill the airwaves immediately.</p>
<p>Kate is pretty good at keeping her life as secretive at it can possibly be, especially for being engaged to a Prince. And with all the hype surrounding her wedding, keeping her life as well secretly kept as she does is a is a truly amzing feat – something that most people that are constantly in the eyes of the media just can’t do. There is one thing that is for sure though and that is when it comes to healthy eating and exercising – Kate Middleton is a natural! Something that we can all learn from.</p>

<p>Kareena Kapoor has led many of her friends to follow yoga. Malaika Arora Khan is the latest to be added to the list that includes the likes of Saif Ali Khan, Tusshar Kapoor and Amrita Arora Ladhak.</p>
<p>Says Malaika, &#8220;I have been learning yoga for some time. Kareena and Amu (Amrita Arora) introduced me to it. Payal Gidwani has been training me.</p>
<p>I do yoga thrice a week at home with Payal&#8217;s girl, alternating it between gym and pilates. Now I really look forward to my sessions with Kareena and Amu. We are yoga junkies.&#8221;</p>
<p>While Malaika has been introduced to asanas by Kareena, Malaika&#8217;s husband Arbaaz has been a &#8216;yoga junkie&#8217; for many years.</p>
<p>&#8220;Arbaaz is into rituals and holistic healing like yoga and vipassana but stopped completely for more than a year.</p>
<p>Once he became a producer with Dabangg, he got caught up in pre and post-production work and stopped doing it completely. I have been asking him to start doing it again.&#8221;</p>
<p>Besides doing yoga thrice a week for an hour Malaika also works out thrice a week. &#8220;I am mostly into weight-training with my trainer when at the gym.&#8221;</p>
<p>The yummy mummy is planning to bring out a book on healthy food habits and workouts. &#8220;I love talking about healthy food, home-made remedies and giving health tips.</p>
<p>So yes, I have been thinking about writing a book on how to have a sexy body without starving yourself.&#8221;</p>

<p>4) Eat in accordance with your blood type and metabolic type. Your blood type indicates what foods react adversely with your immune system, and so should largely be avoided. Your metabolic type indicates what ratio of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins is best for your individual needs.</p>
<p>5) Do some form of fat burning exercises each day. Perform weight-training exercise to build lean muscle that burns fat. When doing cardiovascular exercise, perform interval training, in which bursts of high intensity exercise are combined with short rest periods.
